Manchester Craft Centre is set in the heart of Manchester, less than five minutes walk from the Arndale Centre. RA Designer Jewellery can be found on the ground floor of the Craft Centre near the rear entrance (corner of High Street/Copperace Street)

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY

Mainland UK: £7 postage and packing with guaranteed special delivery.
The EC and overseas deliveries will be charged at cost.

On orders outside EU, import duties and taxes are to be paid by the purchaser.
Delivery times are between 4– 21 days unless otherwise agreed at the time of ordering.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your item, please contact us immediately by emailing us at sales@manchesterjewellers.co.uk . provided you notify us that you wish to return the items within SEVEN days of receipt. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession.

Please ensure you order the correct materials/ colour / size / lengths (where applicable). Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order requirements. You must contact us by email within two working days if you need to make an amendment to your order. If you contact us after two working days we may not be able to make the changes you require. In the case of rings ordered to a specific size by the customer, if the customer then wishes to change the size once the ring has been made we will offer an alteration service at a cost of £25 (plus return postage costs if applicable). However some of our rings cannot be resized. Please ask at the time of ordering if you think this could be a problem.

A full refund is available for our range of stocked items. If you are unsure of which items are in our stock range please contact us to query this.

Our bespoke items that are personally made to your specifications are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations and no refund will be available. Should you wish to cancel your order, for bespoke items you must contact us within two working days. After two days, our refund policy will apply.

In the interests of hygiene, pierced earrings are non-returnable.

All return postage costs to be paid for by the customer. We advise that the items are sent securely using Royal Mail special recorded delivery which will issue you with a tracking number. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods

In the very unlikely event the item is damaged, please contact us immediately.
